Your New Workplace Toolkit

Better team communication is not a lecture. It's a game.

Pro Talk is a fast, fun card game that helps your team recognize the everyday communication challenges that quietly drain creativity and productivity — and practice the skills that fix them. Deal the cards, start the timer, and start talking like pros.

Why Pro Talk

Poor communication is costing your business every single day

Missed expectations, tense meetings, ideas that never get heard — most workplace problems are communication problems in disguise. Pro Talk makes them visible, nameable, and fixable.

Name the challenges

From the Assumer to the Baseless Accusation, Pro Talk's challenge cards put a memorable face on the habits that hurt your team — so people can spot them without pointing fingers.

Practice the solutions

Every challenge has an answer. Solution cards teach practical skills — active listening, kind questioning, the forward lean — that your team can use in the very next meeting.

Learn it by playing it

People remember what they play. A game builds skills faster than a seminar ever will — and your team will actually look forward to it.

How It Works

The gamification of team communication

Grab 2–8 teammates and work together against the clock. One game takes about 25 minutes — including the conversation that matters most.

1

Deal the cards

Everyone gets a hand of Challenge and Solution cards. Flip over a Project card, set the timer, and your team's mission begins.

2

Race the clock

Complete as many projects as you can by calling out communication challenges and answering them with the right solutions — as a team.

3

Talk it out

The cards you played become the conversation you needed. A short follow-up discussion turns game moments into real workplace change.

Want to go deeper? The included Pro Talk book unpacks every challenge and solution, and the digital companion gives leaders real-time feedback from their team.

Teams that play together, work together

"We'd tried workshops and books, but nothing stuck. After two rounds of Pro Talk our team had a shared language — now someone just says 'I'm being an Assumer' and we all laugh and fix it."
